Orders placed and confirmed Monday to Saturday before 2:00 PM (EAT) will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Riz Safety Store Africa will not be liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier delays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery. Products must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for defective products or for another item of equal value (if available).

Return Method: Customers can return items in-store or drop them off at our designated return location. Please contact us in advance to confirm the return location and timing.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days using the original payment method. No restocking fee applies.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt for a replacement or refund.
