1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • New and unused
    • In their original packaging
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective products or for another item of equal value (if available).

4. Return Method

Customers can return items in-store or drop them off at our designated return location. Please contact us in advance to confirm the return location and timing.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days using the original payment method.
  • No restocking fee applies.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt for a replacement or refund.
